26 foot Boston Whaler Conquest 255 in great condition, owned since new. Forward cabin with a covered helm. Twin Mercury 150 HP engines. This boat handles the sometimes choppy conditions on the San Francisco Bay really well.
Captained by your friendly English Skipper Nick, your personalized trip can take you to see the SF Bay sights from the water.
You could cruise under the Golden Gate Bridge, picnic at Angel Island, motor alongside Alcatraz, dock up and stop off for lunch at Tiburon and see the San Francisco waterfront. See the local wildlife which can include seals, porpoises, dolphins and whales, cruise, picnic, fish, go crabbing or just enjoy the scenery. Stay on the boat for the whole trip or jump on and off at different locations, it's up to you.
Boston Whalers are known for their strong build and sea keeping qualities, perfect for the some times blustery weather on the SF Bay. The boat is powered by twin Mercury 150 HP engines for performance and reliability.
There is a private enclosed cabin up front with seating, toilet and a center table. The boat has a covered and protected helm area if you want to shelter from the sun, rain or wind and comfy seating for viewing the sights.
On deck there is a fixed cooler with ice blocks already provided to keep any drinks and food you want to bring along nicely chilled.
The boat is licensed for up to 6 guests. Docked at Sausalito but can arrange pick up and drop off at San Francisco or other locations.
My experience with Nick was excellent. It started with great communication to set my expectations and plans. I was able to communicated directly with Nick leading up to my arrival at the dock. He was flexible so that unexpected minor delays on my end did not disrupt the outing. Once underway, Nick continued to focus on making my trip as good as possible. He was very pleasant and easy to get along with.
I wish my airline and car rental experience was half as good.
I had a great time aboard Nick's Boston Whaler! I hired him to motor my cameraman and I around the Bay as we filmed shots for a short documentary. Nick is an expert captain who knows these waters very well. I highly recommend him to anyone in the production world or better yet, anyone who wants to a fun day out on the bay. Thank you Nick!!!
Our group had an amazing time! It was a surprise for my boyfriend's birthday and the trip was perfect. We met Nick and he showed us some beautiful views of the Golden Gate Bridge that not many tourists get to see. I would highly recommend Nick to anyone looking to see some amazing views! Thanks Nick!
We booked with Nick for four people and had an amazing trip. Nick is professional and very safe. But he is also very accommodating and will pretty much go wherever you want. For our trip, we wanted to see the whales that are currently under the Golden Gate Bridge. And boy did Nick (and nature) deliver. We were able to see a number of whales and they even did some breaching for us. I would definitely book with Nick again. It was like having your own boat but not having to worry about driving, docking, and safety issues. Nick is easy going and willing to answer any questions and was super nice. We had an absolute blast.
We had a fantastic tour with Nick this weekend. Saw several dozen whales over the day long trip. Nick knew how to mix in whale watching, fishing and sightseeing. The boat was well maintained and easy to use for our group. Very nice marina too. Highly recommend this captain and boat.
Nick was professional and personable. Leading up to our trip, our communications were prompt and the trip was on schedule. We drove from Sausalito to Angel Island with a group of five and had a blast. The boat was clean and in great condition and there was a large cooler for drinks as well as lifejackets. We felt safe the entire time and it was good to know that Nick had 10+ years of experience with his boat and the waters. It was also great to get to know Nick as a person as he had good stories to contribute to the conversation. Happy to recommend Nick and would be happy to go for round two. Thanks!
