This is the second cruise scheduled with Glory Days and captain/owner Joe. As before, the boat is extremely well maintained. And Joe is not only an experienced captain, but easy to work with with per-arrangements, and an enjoyable an enjoyable person to spend time with on our vacation. Thank you again Joe.
My family chartered Joe's boat for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard to spread my husband's ashes, and we could not have picked a better boat or captain! Joe is an experienced and knowledgeable boater. (He was concerned that due to our travel arrangements we only had one day we could go with him, and before he would let me pay for the reservation he explained weather and sea conditions that could come up that might cancel the trip.) As it turned out, the day was perfect.
The boat, "Glory Days" is absolutely gorgeous! The photos don't do it justice at all. This boat is used primarily by Joe and his wife as their home away from home as they travel around to warm spots during the cold winter months, and it is lovingly taken care of. We felt like guests on a private yacht. With two master suites, two large bathrooms with showers and all the places to relax and enjoy the ride, you are in good hands and riding in style with Captain Joe.
The Mainship 430 is seawothy trawler. As a former boat owner it is apparent that "Glory Days" was maintained to highest standards. Thank you Joe and Pat for all of your help with preparations prior to our arrival. We would definitely consider chartering "Glory Days" again.
