Fuel is paid for by the renter. The typical mpg of this vessel is about 1.5 at 25-30 mph. Top speed is around 40 based on loading and the fuel consumption pretty much goes through the roof at those speeds.
I'm just a regular owner, this is not a primary business. With a M-F job, I'm not available to rent this out except for weekends. The boat is currently on a trailer at my residence in Tracy, CA. Your choice is to tow it yourself (8620 pounds loaded) or I can deliver it to the marina of your choice within an hour distance from Tracy. (Alameda, Berkeley, Delta, Martinez, etc) Delivery, launch, retrieval cost for up to 55 miles from Tracy is $2 a mile (not roundtrip - just straight distance from 95377). That's just about my cost not including time. If you have the ability to tow it, you'll need a brake controller (electric over hydraulic brakes) and a 7 pin harness connection to your truck. I'm just a regular owner, this is not a primary business.
If you're interested in a multi day trip, contact me and we can arrange the calendar accordingly. Picking it up the night before would not constitute a day of rental.
The porta-potty on board has a deck pumpout that runs $25 at the local marina. To date - It's never been used. So it you use it - you need to clean it out.
I'm also perfectly fine with cancellations based on weather and safety considerations. I want you to have a great time but more importantly a safe adventure!
