Christian was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. Was available to answer some questions by phone during our multi-day sail as well. Boat was in great shape and well appointed (A/C crucial, TV, coffee, microwave, sheets). Perfect for the long weekend with just the two of us aboard, but would have been more than comfortable for 6 for multiple days.
We had a great time aboard Air Transport. Everything was as advertised and Christian was a gracious and flexible host. We did have a minor issue with the jib halyard (no big deal), so sailing performance was slightly diminished. Despite that, we were able to sail a good bit during the weekend and found the boat to be easy to manage and fun to sail. Would love to take it out again soon!
Seven of us spent a fantastic day on the Christian's Hunter this past Saturday and had a great time. Christian was very responsive as we made our reservation a few months out. On the day of, Christian was helpful in getting us acclimated, yet very low-key, which we appreciated. The boat handled very well under some gusty winds. My wife and I could have easily sailed the boat ourselves, though it was nice to have a crew of willing participants. The cockpit was very comfortable for our group and the cabin is spacious with a nice clean head, etc. When we sailed back in Christian, again in a nice, low-key manner, checked things out quickly and we were on our way. If he'll have us, we may knock on Christian's door again next year.
We rented Christian's boat during Labor day weekend. The booking process was very smooth, and Christian was very responsive and flexible. On the day of our rental Christian was very helpful in explaining how everything worked and showed us around. The boat is well-outfitted, comfortable and well maintained. She could be easily sailed by a crew of two. As our first Boatbound rental, could not have been happier. We shall definitely rent one of Christian's boats in the future.
Had a fun day sail on Christian's boat on Labor day. Boat was easy to sail , was clean and well prepared. Christian was very helpful , and answered all our questions. During the booking process Christian was very responsive and guided us through the steps we needed to complete. This was our first Boatbound rental and we shall definitely be using the site again and hopefully sailing on one of Christian's boats in the future.
Christian was very nice and very accommodating. My husband and I and our two children (2 and 4yo) had a lovely time. Unfortunately there was not enough wind to use the sails, but Christian took us out to see a beautiful light house.
Christian was reliable, accommodating, and responsive and seemed genuinely to want us to enjoy our experience. The boat was perfect for our trip and we had a fantastic time with it. Would recommend Christian and his boat to a friend.
